OFFICIAL RULES
1. How To Enter:
Contest is open only to paid qualified buyers attending The Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show/2009. To enter, fill in the registration form and check the box you would like to be in the drawing on line or on the fax form and fax to The Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show/2009 at 305-893-8783. Entries must be received by deadline dates of June 1 and October 18, 2008, and you will be entered in each drawing.
2. Prize Selection/Validation:
Drawing for Drawings 1 will be held January 2, 2009 and hotel reservations will be made and confirmed by Showproco, LLC. Cash prize will be credited to winner's credit card at show site. All qualified buyers registering for the show through October 18 will be automatically entered in each drawing from the date they registered. Each drawing winner and company may only win once.
Drawing for Drawings 2 will be held at the show and winners must be present. Prize will be credited to winner's credit card. All decisions are final. Winner will be notified by phone, email and/or mail and will be asked to sign and return an affidavit of compliance with these rules and for both winners and buyers, a travel release and a release for use of their name and likeness for publicity purpose without further consideration. In the event winner is unreachable or is unable to travel on the dates indicated, an alternate winner will be selected.
3. Prizes:
One prize will be awarded for each drawing and winner and company may only win once.
Prizes include:
(Drawing 1): 3 free nights in a Las Vegas hotel plus $100.00 worth of food or entertainment per day for up to 5 staff members for up to 3 days stay at the show.
(Drawing 2): $100.00 worth of food or entertainment per day for up to 3 days stay at the show for up to 5 staff members.
NOTE: All taxes on prizes are responsibility of the winner and guest.
4. Eligibility:
Drawing open only to paid qualified registered buyers (must have retail sales license) at The Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show/2009. Employees and agents and their families of Showproco, LLC are not eligible.
5. General Information and Conditions:
Contest void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of valid entries received. No prize or cash substitutions or transfer of prize allowed. Showproco, LLC assumes no responsibility for prize merchandise of independent suppliers or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize. Showproco, LLC reserves the right to change and modify contest without notice.
